Shipping Information:

Orders are to be filled from same day to within 24 business hours. Large or bulk orders are subject to extended deployment period.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns

All returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must reference a Return Authorization number on all packages. Equipment must be in the original box, in the original condition, with all accessories (i.e., power pack, paper, cables, etc), then placed inside another box for shipping to GoTerminals.

Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE if the order has shipped. Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping or deployment costs of exchanges resulting from programming issues, misuse, or user error.

Warranty

Repaired Equipment – All repair work done by GoTerminals will be covered for one (1) year from the original date of repair.

Remanufactured Equipment – All remanufactured equipment purchased form GoTerminals will also be covered for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

New Equipment – GoTerminals will honor the manufacturer’s warranty on new equipment purchased directly from GoTerminals for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

GoTerminals will repair or replace warranty equipment with new or rebuilt parts free of charge in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damage to the unit which occurs due to misuse of equipment, customer abuse, neglect, alteration or modification, or any Acts of Nature.

Extended Warranty plans are also NON-REFUNDABLE once they are purchased, even if item is later returned for credit.
